DOODLE MANIA!

What? How can you expect me NOT to doodle when I have:

1. A pad of paper
2. A pen

Guess how I was feeling when I drew this.

Was I content? A tad sleepy? A little hungry, perhaps? All three?

Yup. :)

Live Studies 9/20/08

Today I drew some live studies at Crossen Arabians in Coventry, CT.

Pikasso was being worked and I was able to draw him in action. It was a beautiful September day, and his copper coat was brilliant and fiery. He such a magnificent horse. He's come a long from the days when I used to call him "Little Pikasso Pumpkinseed." He has grown into a handsome, muscular and talented dressage horse.

(But, he'll always be my "Pumpkinseed." ) (smiles!)
