Meet Skeeter, Studio Assistant

...if you visit an Open Studio, you might just meet this beautiful girl.

Here's Skeeter sprawled out on my studio sales table, posing with my brand-new pet portrait biz cards.

She's my siamese-mix baby, and she talks--A LOT! She'll tell you her life story if you have a few hours to spare.

She was a "free kitten," and I adopted her on Halloween, 1998. She is VERY attached to me, as I am to her. WARNING: mushy kitty talk ahead: She is my special muskrat possum bunny rabbit!

Yup, the studio was open yesterday--but there was a tree service chainsawing, trimming and woodchipping trees in front of my house and studio ALL DAY! (ugh...I have a headache...)

So, if you came by and saw the chaos, please know that the studio will be open again VERY soon!

Maybe they will decide to pave the road next time...(I hope not...)

(but hey---the trees on Kenyon Road are so beautifully trimmed!)

Remember, Sound the Bugle Studio, 6 Kenyon Road, Hampton, Connecticut, will be open for business on select, non-rainy weekends this Spring.

You are welcome to call ahead to make sure I am open: 860.455.1965

...and I can always open up the studio for a private viewing.

My newest piece, "Infatuation," is looking for a new home...

also for sale: Mr. Big Stuff, Legend II, The Arabian Mare, and Baroque.

see www.soundthebuglestudio.com for more details on these works.

see you soon!
