America's Son, 2012. 16" x 20". Acrylic on canvas. This is my interpretation of Figure, the father of the Morgan breed. A note on the background colors: the green is for the green hills of Vermont, and the blue is a tribute to the Morgans of UConn. (UConn's colors are blue and white.)
